Stuff, in no particular order-
Apr. 11th, 2005 03:30 pmFilling out applications for a graduate program is easy. Navigating university websites to find the information I need- that's where the problems occur. :(
Dogs, unlike cats, don't really fit in your lap if they're not lap-dog sized. But they'll still try.
Cheap, unobstrusive lighting for your work area can apparently be found in the clearance bin of your local office depot. But you will more than likely curse a stream of profanities while installing it even though the package says, 'installs in 15 minutes or less!'. Because it doesn't.
People tend to say really stupid things while attempting to sound more intelligent than you, like "Yes, it's called Roe v. Wade- it was a really important case!". (Yes, I know it was, bitch. I am in possession of two ovaries, after all. So I would know.)
Writing technical manuals for using online databases gets really boring after the first hour. And making them look pretty in Quark doesn't alleviate the boredom, either.
