(CNN) -- Have you ever watched a TV show and thought, "I can do better than that?"
Now you've got your chance.
Scriptapalooza, the screenwriting competition founded by former producer Mark Andrushko, has an offshoot competition called the Scriptapalooza Television Writing Competition. Now in its eighth year, the TV contest is currently accepting pilots, sitcoms, one-hour dramas and reality shows for submission.
The program has the support of the Writers Guild of America, West, as well as a number of production companies.
